IS 31 + 20 TODAY!!!!
Why my mother rocks and makes me cool:
-she married her bad boy! (this example explains 99.8% of my relationship woes)
-she wears Wranglers (total label! i don't see the difference between that and my Rock&Republics)
-she's obsessed with Oprah and Regis
-best yard sale/thrift store rummager (the best/fav purchase was a $5 mini tv in our kitchen that we all fight over to watch our shows on)
-able to cope with 3 Adison girls and their massive closets and is a good sport storing our "someday I will wear this" box ups.
-for 30 years she has waited up for a late night snack with my dad upon his return from his afternoon shifts
-makes the second best, only to my grandma, breakfasts ever
-will always make my favorite chicken and gravy and rice and veggie meal when I visit
-every time you leave from a visit she will always cry and give you at least $5 for snacks
-goes visiting teaching for hours on end, i know she secretly likes it
-keeps me updated on the Castle Dale gossip, things not printed in the EC progress
-once was so desperate to become a grandma, she gave me permission to be a slut, have a baby and give it to her, relinquishing me from all motherly duties
-always dying her hair
-doesn't buy cheap makeup
-notorious for falling asleep during movies, on the couch and in the theaters
-quotes movies
-still sends me snail mail cards and letters
-has a variety of laughs, her "dirty" laugh is a favorite
-surprisingly very strong and has some guns
-publicly portrayed as serious and quiet but in all actuality is very crazy and hilarious, thus shown in the background...
-loves the color orange and/or rust, sometimes clear
-dances sporadically in the kitchen
-starts and does too many projects at once
-worst bedroom cleaner ever
-obsessed with taking pictures and Wal-mart photo center
-loves gossip magazines and necklaces and small black earrings
-can't stop eating fro-yo's with peanuts from maverik
-buys things and hides them from my dad
-loves baths and postcards
-the Price Arby's is our lunch spot
-she screams/screeches
-incredibly creative, made many a crazy Halloween costumes, ghostbuster firehouses, valentine boxes, posters for school
-okay second to last but not least, she went on a weekend get away with my daddy to Vegas. All the while calling and pix messaging me at 2 in the morning! Haha Viva Las Vegas!

Bre, your mom seriously is great. She has been an awesome friend to my mom for years. Those two have needed each other, while they tried raising kinds with a Dine' background in a VERY Bil'a'gaan world! ha ha I would love listening to them talk, about then and now. :) Also, she works so hard to make life wonderful for her children. Defiantly, a great example of a mother. :) Happy Birthday Rita!
